Mayor's Home, Town Platform and Ovens - Between 1385 and 1389 Village Road

 

 Next to what was once the home of long serving East Ferris Mayor Paul Rochefort and his wife Mona, is a cement structure that was used as a platform for electoral speeches and also as a stage for picnic musicians. Behind the platform are the ovens in which the picnic cipailles are baked.
